Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MatchAnnuity website and services operated by Triple Up Media Group Inc. DBA MatchAnnuity ("MatchAnnuity," "we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website at matchannuity.com and our advisor matching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

MatchAnnuity provides a free matching service that connects consumers with licensed, independent financial professionals and annuity advisors. Our service includes:

  • Collecting information about your retirement goals and financial situation
  • Matching you with a qualified, licensed advisor based on your needs
  • Providing educational content about retirement planning and financial strategies

MatchAnnuity is not an insurance company, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor. We do not sell annuities or other financial products directly. We do not provide personalized financial, tax, or legal advice.

No Government Affiliation

MatchAnnuity is a private, for-profit business entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any local, state, or federal government agency, including the Social Security Administration, Medicare, or any other government program.

Advisor Matching Service

When you submit your information through our matching service, we will connect you with a licensed advisor from our network. Please understand the following:

  • Advisors in our network are independent professionals. They are not employees or agents of MatchAnnuity or Triple Up Media Group Inc.
  • Any advice, recommendations, or products offered by an advisor are the responsibility of that advisor and the issuing company.
  • MatchAnnuity does not guarantee the performance, suitability, or outcome of any financial product or advice provided by advisors in our network.
  • You are under no obligation to purchase any product or engage any advisor we match you with.

No Financial Advice

The content on our website, including reports, guides, and educational materials, is provided for informational purposes only. It should not be construed as personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The information presented may not be suitable for your specific situation.

Before making any financial decisions, we recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney who can evaluate your individual circumstances.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Any actions or omissions of advisors in our network
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in our content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MatchAnnuity and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

SMS Messaging Terms and Opt-Out Procedures (TCPA & 10DLC Compliance)

When submitting our advisor matching form, you will be presented with optional checkboxes to consent to SMS text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. You may submit the form and use our services without checking the SMS consent boxes.

If you choose to opt in, we use the following standard consent language:

  • "I consent to receive marketing text messages from MatchAnnuity about offers, sales, and product updates at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, reply STOP to opt-out."
  • "I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from MatchAnnuity about appointment reminders, account updates, and confirmations at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, reply STOP to opt-out."

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out of SMS

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message you receive from us. We will honor your opt-out request within 10 business days as required by law. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Email Communications (CAN-SPAM & CASL Compliance)

By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from us. Because we are a Canadian entity communicating with US consumers, we comply with both the US CAN-SPAM Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

All commercial emails sent by MatchAnnuity will:

  • Include our valid physical postal address
  • Clearly identify the message as a commercial communication
  • Include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism
  • Use non-deceptive subject lines

You may opt out of our email communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of every email. We will process all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

Record Retention

In compliance with the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), we retain records of all consent transactions, including timestamps, IP addresses, and the exact language consented to, for a minimum of five (5) years.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
