No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • With Advisor Partners: When you request to be matched with an advisor, we share your contact information and relevant details exclusively with one (1) licensed advisor in our network so they can conduct your requested consultation. This is the sole purpose for which your information is shared.
  • With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services strictly on our behalf, such as website hosting, CRM platforms, SMS delivery, and third-party consent verification services. These vendors are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
  • For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.
